What is Executive Coaching
Executive coaching focuses on your personal development towards meeting your goals and vision. It helps you to find within yourself the knowledge and actions needed to address long and sort term goals and dreams. Each session helps you pinpoint a desire or action that, through exploration, builds your capacity to create personal agency.
How it Works
Coaching sessions are typically scheduled twice each month for a 30 -40 minute session. During the first couple of sessions we encourage you to explore your vision, goals, and purpose. Following sessions build on the foundation created as you begin to identify and address short term and long term challenges or plans.
